Research and Analysis
-
We conducted a feasibility study into the launch of
an interactive TV channel on satellite for a global media business. We researched and analysed
industry dynamics (e.g. customer behaviour, competitors, regulatory
issues), and developed a cost model. From these we developed a
business model to financially assess a variety of entry options working as
part of a client team.
Interim Management
-
We placed for seven months an acting senior vice
president of an interactive media business which was part of a global TV
production company. He had full P&L responsibility, hitting
aggressive profit targets.

We placed on a three month assignment an acting
director of marketing strategy for a top international interactive
marketing agency. Her responsibilities included managing accounts
and developing strategy for international, blue-chip clients.
Project Management and Production
-
We managed the interactive production of one of the
first TV shows in the world to use Internet, interactive TV and mobile phones. We
were responsible for conceiving a multi-platform service capable of
delivering aggressive commercial targets, leading a multi-disciplinary
client team, and managing complex relationships with broadcasters, network
operators and others.

We were responsible, from conception to soft launch,
for a European youth service integrated across mobile phones and the
Internet for a global entertainment business. We developed the service
features and functionality based on our research; managed designers and
developers; conducted field trials to test the service; and project
managed the whole process.
